- Oversee daily operations of facility support services
- Supervise Security, Housekeeping, and Cafeteria teams Handle Facility Maintenance
- Researching, procuring, and selling vehicles to meet business needs.
- Establishing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensure safety.
- Recruiting, training, and monitoring driver performance and behavior.
- Ensuring compliance with transportation laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Utilizing telematics and software to monitor fuel efficiency and minimize operational expenses.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained

- Develop and implement schedules and workflows for support teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations
- Handle incidents and ensure quick resolution of operational issues
- Coordinate with different departments to support company needs
- Prepare reports on performance, issues, and improvements
- Maintain high service quality across all facility-related functions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience not less then 10 Years facility management or operations (preferably in Real Estate)
- Experience managing Security, Housekeeping and Cafeteria teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
