Administration Internship - Paid Internship

Job Responsibilities:Review and verify asset data against the system and ensure the accuracy of Asset IDs.Generate and print QR Code labels using designated devices and software.Install QR Code labels on assets across different university buildings and departments according to the project plan.Conduct physical inventory and asset verification activities.Update missing or inaccurate asset information during the inventory process.Prepare periodic progress and operational reports.Handle printing and scanning devices and provide basic technical support when needed.Coordinate with the Assets, Warehouse, and finance teams throughout the project duration.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Fresh graduate or undergrad (3rd/4th year)Good command of computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.Previous experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or asset tracking is preferred.Ability to perform fieldwork and move between different university buildings and departments.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.Ability to work effectively within a team and handle work pressure.Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to deal with technical devices and QR Code / Barcode systems.Fast learner with the ability to complete tasks within assigned timelines.
