Administration Manager

Oversee and manage all administrative operations and support services across the company.Supervise administrative security, gates operations, access control, and implementation of security procedures.Manage cafeteria, buffet, and hospitality services while ensuring quality, hygiene, and service standards.Oversee housekeeping, cleaning, and general services activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Supervise company transportation operations, fleet management, drivers, vehicle maintenance, licensing, and fuel consumption.Follow up all government relations activities including licenses, permits, renewals, labor office, social insurance, and official authorities.Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative procedures, and governmental regulations.Manage and evaluate outsourced service providers, contractors, and related service agreements.Prepare administrative reports, operational KPIs, and cost control analyses for management review.Lead, coach, and develop administrative teams to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.Coordinate administrative support for all departments and ensure smooth daily operations within the factory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.Minimum 15 years of experience in Administration and Facilities Management.Strong experience in manufacturing companies and industrial environments is a must.Proven experience managing security, transportation, housekeeping, cafeteria, and government relations functions.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Good knowledge of governmental procedures and labor regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
