After Sales Engineer

▪️ Follow up on LV/MV panel projects from production through delivery and handover to clients.▪️ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project timelines, technical requirements, and quality standards are achieved.▪️ Review client requirements and confirm that manufactured panels meet the approved specifications.▪️ Support the after-sales process, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues after delivery or installation.▪️ Work closely with a team of 4 technicians to complete panel-related tasks and ensure proper operation.▪️ Conduct technical inspections, testing, and verification of panels before and after delivery when needed.▪️ Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and company standards.Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, technical clarifications, and issue resolution.▪️ Identify root causes of problems and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.▪️ Prepare technical reports, service feedback, and follow-up documentation.

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.▪️ 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical manufacturing, panel building, or a related technical field.▪️ Good knowledge of LV/MV electrical panels and panel manufacturing processes.▪️ Ability to read and understand single line diagrams.▪️ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.▪️ Good communication and client-handling skills.▪️ Familiarity with electrical components such as breakers, busbars, relays, contactors, and protection systems is an advantage.
