Irrigation & Fertilization ManagementMonitor irrigation systems and ensure operational efficiency.Implement fertilization programs according to crop requirements.Optimize water and fertilizer consumption.Follow up on soil, water, and plant analysis results.

Hydroponic Greenhouse ManagementSupervise hydroponic systems and greenhouse operations.Monitor nutrient solutions, pH levels, and EC levels.Control temperature, humidity, and ventilation systems.Ensure cleanliness and quality standards inside greenhouse facilities.

4.

Pest & Disease ManagementMonitor crops for pests and plant diseases.Apply preventive and corrective pest control programs.Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.Ensure safe and proper use of pesticides and fertilizers.

5.

Reporting & Field MonitoringPrepare regular reports on crop conditions and productivity.Record daily agricultural data and observations.Supervise agricultural labor teams and assign tasks.Provide technical recommendations to improve productivity and crop quality.
