Agricultural Engineer - Farms

Oversee daily agricultural operations and ensure efficient farm management.Monitor crop growth and provide technical recommendations to enhance yield and quality.Manage and optimize irrigation and fertigation systems.Conduct soil analysis and recommend suitable fertilizers and treatments.Apply best practices in pest and disease control.Ensure compliance with quality standards, especially for export crops.Prepare periodic reports on farm performance and productivity.Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture or farming operations.Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilizers, and crop management.Familiarity with modern agricultural techniques and sustainable practices.Experience in export-oriented agriculture is a plus.Ability to work in field conditions and handle operational challenges.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
