Agricultural Engineer (Irrigation & Fertilization)

Oversee and supervise agricultural site activities to ensure proper implementation of projects.

Monitor daily operations on-site, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest and disease control.

Ensure compliance with quality standards.

Prepare periodic reports on farm performance and productivity.

Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field.5 to 7 years of experience in agricultural site supervision or field operations.Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, irrigation systems, and pest management.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.Experience in Palm tree farms is a plusAbility to reside full-time in Siwa for 30-day work periods (accommodation and meals provided by the company). 1 Week Vacation
