AI & Data Science Engineer

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutionsPerform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysisBuild predictive models, recommendation systems, and classification algorithmsDevelop dashboards and data visualizations for business insightsIntegrate AI models into production environments and enterprise systemsCollaborate with software developers, business analysts, and stakeholdersOptimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracyMonitor model performance and retrain when necessaryDocument technical solutions and best practices

Technical RequirementsMust Have:Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)Experience with Machine Learning & Statistical ModelingExperience in data preprocessing and feature engineeringStrong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databasesExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Understanding of model evaluation metrics and validation techniquesExperience working with APIs and model deploymentAI & Advanced Knowledge:Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive AnalyticsFamiliarity with MLOps practicesNice to Have (.NET is a Plus):Experience with .NET / ASP.NET / C#Experience building RESTful APIs for ML model integrationKnowledge of enterprise system integrationExperience deploying AI solutions in Microsoft environmentsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to translate business problems into technical solutionsGood communication and presentation skillsOwnership and accountabilityAbility to work in cross-functional teams

QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or related field1+ years of experience in Data Science or AI developmentExperience working on real-world business use casesPreferred ExperienceExperience in retail, ERP, CRM, or enterprise systemsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
