- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using Python
- Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and APIs
- Work with structured and unstructured data for model development and analysis
- Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deliver AI-based features
- Improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed AI solutions
- Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and Python development trends
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph or similar frameworks
- Design and implement prompt engineering strategies for Agentic systems
- Optimize LLM usage costs through semantic caching and efficient prompt design
- Work with persistence/caching layers for agent state management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of exp as a AI Developer
- Strong experience in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision concepts
- Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with API development and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.)
- Experience with Docker, Git, and GitLab CI/CD workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
