AI Engineering Lead

Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.Build and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP and other AI applications.Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and business workflows.Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.Document AI development processes, methodologies, and best practices.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, NLP, and data analytics technologies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Mandatory: Experience with Snowflake and Cortex AI.Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.Strong background in data analytics, including data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services and other cloud-based AI platforms is an advantage.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
