Air Freight Forwarding Senior Specialist

Day-to-day operations, responsible for supporting all import and export activities.Handling operations, daily follow up with Carrier/Agents for shipments arrival date.Follow up shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with Customers.Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with shipping Air lines.Send arrival notice to customers.Coordinates with customs business unit (CBU) team and the customer the needed documents for clearance scopeIdentifies with the customer the best stuffing date based on vessel cut off dates & cargo readinessEnsures freight is linked/booked with an appropriate departure in order to meet cargo readiness dateHandling the inbound shipments (FCL, LCL, Air, RORO vessels and so on).Archive the shipping docs

Bachelor degree in Logistics, business administration or commerce.Knowledge of Shipping lines & ForwardersKnowledge of International freight rates and ports regulationsKnowledge of Transit time for shipping and routings, Inco Terms, Payment Terms"3-5 years of experience
