Airport Representative

Handling all groups and individuals arrival and departure airport transfers.Liaise with hotels, suppliers, service providers appointed by Travel Trails Tours.Good communication skills i.e via telephone, emails or one to one meetings.Good knowledge with computers.Good command of English language spoken and written, any extra languages are preferable.Compiling with the company set turn over and requests.Handling clients and customers requests via one to one through operation departement.Handling all tour files appointed by the company operations team.Meet and Assist customers at the airport, train stations and day tours

Attendance to head quarter once a week with being ready to all airport arrivals-departure according to the schedule.Experience 1-3 years in similar positions with a proven record of excellency.English is a must.

Very Good writing and speaking.Preferably living in Haram, Sheikh Zayed or 6 October.Reliable person.Detail-oriented and accurate person.Strong communication skills.Stress-resistant and flexible.Team player .Advanced computer skills.Knowledge of Google applications ( Google Email , Google Docs, Google Sheets , Google Slides, Google Forms ).
