Product Listing & Pricing:Uploading new products, crafting compelling product descriptions, and monitoring competitive pricing.
Order Fulfillment:Tracking daily orders and preparing them for shipment in strict compliance with Amazon policies FBA / FBM.
Account Health & Support:Monitoring Account Health metrics and resolving technical issues or disputes directly with Amazon Seller Support.
Inventory Monitoring:Tracking company inventory levels on the platform to prevent stock outs
Advertising & PPC:Creating, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Customer Service:Managing customer reviews and feedback, handling returns and refunds, and resolving customer inquiries.
Data Analytics & Strategy:Analyzing sales performance metrics and data trends to refine and develop dynamic pricing strategies.
Stock Tracking:Monitoring physical inventory levels and proactively reporting shortages or low-stock items.
Inventory Turn Analysis:Collaborating with warehouse personnel to identify top-selling products, slow-moving items, and damaged goods
