Joining our team means becoming part of an ambitious and fast-growing international environment where talent, collaboration, and innovation create a real global impact.What will you be doing?· Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in the accounting system in a timely manner.· Verify invoices against purchase orders, goods received notes, contracts, and supporting documentation.· Prepare and process vendor payments through bank transfers, cheques, and other approved payment methods according to payment schedules.· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and supplier inquiries promptly.· Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure all documentation is properly filed and readily accessible.· Monitor outstanding payables and support cash flow planning by providing timely payment forecasts.· Prepare monthly accounts payable reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and applicable tax and VAT regulations.· Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to resolve invoice matching and payment-related issues.· Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and responding to audit requests.

What are we looking for?· Holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance from a reputable university· Min 2 Years of work experience as AP Accountant or General Accountant· Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles· Knowledge of VAT and Tax regulations· Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment· Proficient user on ERP system and MS OfficeOils & Grains is an equal opportunity employer committed to fairness, transparency, and accountability throughout the recruitment process.
