Applications Support Specialist, HR Systems

Job SummaryWe are seeking an Application Support Specialist specialized in HR systems to support customers in implementing and using our SaaS HR system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' HR processes, delivering product demonstrations and training sessions, configuring the HR module based on business requirements, and providing ongoing functional support to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Job Description· Deliver online and onsite training sessions on the HR module.· Guide customers through system features, workflows, and best practices.· Provide first-line functional and technical support to customers.· Investigate, analyze, and resolve customer issues related to the HR module.· Identify the root cause of reported issues and provide appropriate solutions or workarounds.· Escalate system bugs or complex technical issues to the Development team with clear documentation.· Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.· Assist customers with system setup and configuration according to business requirements.· Perform testing after bug fixes or system enhancements before releasing updates to customers.· Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.· Record customer issues and resolutions using the company's ticketing system.· Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to improve system quality and customer experience.· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, , or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR software, HRIS, or SaaS application support.Good understanding of HR processes such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment, and Performance Management.Experience in customer training and system implementation is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
