AR Accountant

Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed terms.Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection procedures.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer queries.Prepare aging reports and highlight delinquent accounts.Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes.Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).Advanced Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and negotiation skills.
