Architect

Platoon Designs Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team.You will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality designs from concept to construction.

The ideal candidate has strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on residential and mixed-use projects.You will be integral to our design process, responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality designs and visual content that effectively communicates our architectural concepts.

This dynamic role requires a blend of design sensibility, technical expertise, and strong collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs aligned with project requirements.Produce full architectural packages including plans, sections, elevations, details, and shop drawings.Prepare architectural, interior design and landscape designs.Prepare 3D models, high reality visualizations, and presentation boards for clients.Ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes, safety standards, and authority regulations.Participate in design reviews and propose creative, functional solutions.Create high-reality architectural visualizations, including still images and animated walkthroughs, primarily using Lumion and other relevant software.Integrate visualization workflows seamlessly within project timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization, video production, and rendering software.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.5–12 years of professional experience in architectural design or consultancy offices.Strong proficiency in the following software: (AutoCAD (advanced level) - 3ds Max + V-Ray or Corona

• Photoshop)Experience in (Lumion) is a mustExperience in (D5 Render
• Rhino) is a plusSolid understanding of design, construction detailing, materials.Strong visualization and design presentation skills.Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.Strong sense of responsibility, creativity, and attention to detail.Experience in residential, mixed-use, or compound projects.Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.Proven experience in Architectural Design and Architectural Visualization.Preferably a resident of 6th of October City, Elsheikh Zayed, or nearby areas.
