Architect

Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings.Prepare quantity take-offs and material take-offs.Submit technical submittals and coordinate approvals.Coordinate with structural, MEP, procurement, and site teams.Resolve design conflicts and provide technical support.Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Assist in project documentation, cost control, and progress tracking.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.1-3 years of experience in a Technical Office role.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Good knowledge of shop drawings, quantity surveying, and technical submittals.Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and project specifications.Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
