Develop architectural and interior design projects from initial idea through to completion.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software to communicate design intent.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure cohesive project delivery and adherence to design standards.
Support the selection and specification of materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces.
Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather measurements, assess conditions, and monitor project progress.
Assist in preparing documentation for permits, construction, and tendering processes.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate execution of design plans.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and interior design.
Contribute to a collaborative, creative, and solution-oriented team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in architectural Engineering only.
2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3d Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
Basic knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
