Architect

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect with strong design experience to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals and technical drawings, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative architectural design concepts and project presentations.Prepare schematic, detailed, and construction drawings.Produce 3D models, renderings, and design visualizations.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.Review project requirements and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Participate in client meetings and present design solutions.Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and project reports.Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in architectural design.Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar design software.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction detailing.Ability to develop creative and practical design solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
