Architect Designer (Administrative & Governmental Projects)

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualization & Design Specialist responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, visualizations, animations, and digital design assets.

The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic ability with technical proficiency in 3D software to translate concepts into accurate, visually compelling outputs for client presentations and digital experiences.The vacancy is back office based in favor of Samir Group

• KSA Key Responsibilities:- Develop interior design concepts, including selection of suitable materials, finishes, and design components, and translate them into detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations.- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for presentations and client approvals.- Create visual presentations:-Rendering & Visualization: Produce high-quality visual outputs using V‑Ray, Trimble tools, or equivalent rendering software.Animation & Video Production: Develop animations and walkthroughs using Twinmotion, 3ds Max, Enscape, Blender, or equivalent applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and maintain consistency.- Ensure all design deliverables fully adhere to project specifications, standards, and timelines.- Maintain structured documentation and contribute proactively to team communication, alignment, and problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications:- Reading and comprehension of project files, including specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings.- Expertise in 3D modeling, materials, rendering, and lighting.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience & Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in 3D visualization and design.
