- Supervise and monitor architectural finishing works on site.
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate unit finishing works with contractors and relevant engineering disciplines.
- Inspect completed works, identify snags, and follow up on rectification.
- Support the handover process and ensure timely completion of units.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural finishing works.
- Proven experience in finishing and handover of units within malls or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Ability to review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other disciplines.
- Strong skills in site supervision, quality control, snagging, and handover.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
