Architectural Designer / Concept Architect
The Vision
We are seeking a visionary, highly driven female architect to join a team actively redefining luxury real estate development.
We partner exclusively with world-renowned international lifestyle brands to conceptualize and deliver ultra-luxury branded residences, sweeping coastal resorts, and iconic high-rise towers.
Our focus is strictly on the macro-scale—master planning, striking architectural facades, and large-scale conceptualization for major developers and landlords, entirely excluding interior furniture design.
This is a space for ambitious designers who want their work attached to the world's most prestigious global brands.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage conceptual massing and architectural design for high-profile branded residential developments and luxury mixed-use complexes.
- Deploy the latest artificial intelligence visualization tools to rapidly iterate concepts, generate complex biomorphic or parametric architectural forms, and produce breathtaking visual pitch decks.
- Collaborate directly with international luxury brand partners to ensure architectural elements seamlessly integrate with their exclusive brand DNA.
- Bridge the gap between highly creative, AI-augmented conceptual design and practical, large-scale structural feasibility.
- Prepare and refine executive-level presentations for major real estate developers and external stakeholders.

Required Expertise
- A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in architectural design, specifically focusing on large-scale developments, commercial towers, or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrated fluency in modern AI architectural tools (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or AI-integrated rendering engines) alongside traditional computational modeling platforms.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing ultra-modern, futuristic, or parametric design sensibilities.
- Exceptional visual communication skills with a rigorous eye for high-end aesthetic details.
