Architect Site Engineer

Site SupervisionOversee execution of architectural works on-site.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.Monitor workmanship and quality standards.

CoordinationLiaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and finishing teams.Resolve site-related technical issues promptly.

Quality & ComplianceConduct inspections to ensure adherence to codes, standards, and project requirements.Review and approve materials and mock-ups.Ensure safety regulations and quality control procedures are followed.

Project SupportTrack progress of architectural works against project schedules.Report site status, risks, and challenges to project management.Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.

DocumentationReview and comment on shop drawings and method statements.Maintain records of site inspections, approvals, and non-conformance reports.Support handover process with final inspections and as-built documentation.

EducationBachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering from a recognized university.Experience Required4-6 years of experience in Architectural engineering and construction projects.Proven background in technical office work (shop drawings, submittals, as-builts).Professional CertificationPMP – Project Management ProfessionalPreferred RequirementsExperience in high-rise, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate projects.Background in companies where developer and contractor roles are combined.Familiarity with design–build project delivery.Strong skills in multidisciplinary coordination (Structural, Architectural, MEP).LanguageVery good to excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Computer SkillsDrafting & Modeling: AutoCAD, RevitOffice & Documentation: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with document control systems for site and project documentation.
