Architect Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural site works including masonry and finishing activities.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Technical Office and consultants to resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor finishing works to ensure high-quality standards are achieved.
• Prepare daily site progress reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with other disciplines (Civil, MEP, Electrical).
• Ensure proper inspection, snagging, and handover of completed works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in architectural site execution.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
