Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering3–5 years of experience in site supervision or architectural works within construction or real estate projectsStrong knowledge of finishing works, materials, and construction detailsAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specificationsGood understanding of finishing standards and site execution processesStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilitiesStrong teamwork and site management skills
