Architect Site Engineer

Supervise and manage all on-site architectural works including finishing, masonry, and façade works.Review and interpret shop drawings, ensuring alignment with design drawings and project specifications.Coordinate effectively with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the approved schedule.Inspect and approve subcontractors’ work to ensure quality and compliance.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Ensure implementation of quality control standards and site safety regulations.Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.Review quantities and assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) verification.Attend regular meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.8–9 years of experience in construction companies (site-based roles is a must).Strong experience in finishing works and architectural details.Excellent knowledge of shop drawings and construction documentation.Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
