Architect Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our team, supporting the expansion and development of retail and commercial locations across Circle K, and all associated brands The role will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and executing architectural plans for new store openings, renovations, and facility upgrades, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational requirements, and local regulations.The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into functional and aesthetically appealing spaces, coordinating closely with construction teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural designs and layouts for retail stores and facilitiesReview drawings and ensure compliance with brand standards and regulationsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teamsSupport site selection and feasibility assessmentsMonitor project execution and ensure design accuracy on-siteEnsure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering3–7 years of relevant experience (retail/FMCG experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)Excellent coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
