- Supervise all architectural works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper implementation of finishing works with high quality standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Liaise with consultants and project management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in site supervision (architectural works).
- Strong knowledge of construction details and finishing works.
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings and BOQs.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit is a plus)
