Architectural Design

Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential and commercial projects.Prepare and review architectural drawings and working drawings.Produce 3D models and design presentations when required.Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design integration.Ensure that designs comply with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and management directions.Participate in project meetings and design discussions.Support the preparation of design presentations and project documentation.Ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and within project timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.2–5 years of experience in architectural design.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.Good knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization tools such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar software.Familiarity with Revit or other BIM software is a plus.Basic knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.Ability to prepare architectural drawings and working drawings accurately.Strong design, creativity, and space planning skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
