Architectural Manager

Lead and manage the architectural design team across multiple projects.Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.Ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, civil) and project stakeholders.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.Mentor and support junior architects and designers.Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.Participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.Ensure adherence to company design standards, processes, and best practices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Proven experience (9–16 years) in architectural design and management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling).Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
