Architectural Team Leader

Develop and implement the architectural strategy in alignment with the organization's vision, business objectives, and technology roadmap.Establish architectural standards, policies, methodologies, and best practices.Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, design methodologies, and industry trends.Support organizational transformation through strategic architectural planning and governance.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.Monitor project progress and provide technical direction throughout all project phases.Ensure effective coordination between multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.Support project planning, resource allocation, and technical decision-making.Lead the development, review, and approval of architectural concepts, designs, specifications, and technical documentation.Ensure architectural solutions are functional, sustainable, cost-effective, scalable, and compliant with applicable regulations and standards.Review design alternatives and recommend optimal technical solutions.Promote design innovation while maintaining consistency with project objectives and client expectations.Ensure the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes in all projects when applicable.Collaborate with clients, consultants, project managers, engineering disciplines, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Facilitate effective communication across internal and external teams, and regulatory authorities.

Participate in design coordination meetings, technical workshops, and client presentations.Build strong working relationships that support project success and organizational objectives.Serve as the principal technical authority for architectural design and related technical matters.Provide expert guidance on design principles, building codes, industry standards, and best practices.Establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control procedures for all architectural deliverablesConduct design reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.Lead, mentor, and develop the architectural team to achieve high levels of performance and professional growth.Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance to ensure effective utilization of resources.Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project-related risks.Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts and ensure business continuity.Support business development initiatives by contributing technical expertise to proposals, bids, and client presentations.Identify opportunities for new services, project expansion, and process improvements.

Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.Fluency in English and Arabic languages may be advantageous for communication with clients and stackers.Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.Professional registration or licensure as an architect is advantageous.Minimum of 14-16 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with demonstrated leadership in delivering architectural.Proven track record of managing complex design projects.LEED certification is preferred.BIM knowledge is a must.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
