Architecture Quality Control Engineer

Inspect and monitor finishing works on site (flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, painting, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Prepare and follow up on Quality Control checklists for each finishing stage before handover.Identify defects or non-conformities and issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), following up until resolved.Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to correct quality issues before proceeding to the next stage.Review materials and finishes delivered to site against approved samples and specifications.Prepare periodic quality inspection reports for project management.Ensure compliance with architectural quality standards and specifications throughout execution.

Education Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Experience 3 – 5 yearsBackground Must have solid hands-on experience specifically in finishing works on siteSoftware AutoCAD (preferred) – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Language Good written and spoken English for technical documentation
