Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations.

The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent performance, achieving business targets, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising branch managers, monitoring sales performance, implementing company policies, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Bachelor’s degree.Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Willingness to travel between branches when required.
