We’re looking for warm, playful, and creative individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children and aren’t afraid of a little paint, glitter, and joyful chaos ✨ ✨ What you’ll be doingLead arts & crafts, sensory play, and creative workshops for children (ages 2–10)Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environmentSupport children in expressing themselves creatively (not perfection—process over results)Prepare simple materials and set up activitiesWork closely with the Flausen team to bring new ideas to life
