Assistant Facility Manager

Assist in managing all facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely service delivery.Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Support in managing service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping).Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.Handle tenant complaints related to maintenance and facilities.Assist in budget control and cost optimization for facility operations.Prepare reports on maintenance activities and facility performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management, preferably in malls or commercial properties.Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, MEP).Experience in managing contractors and service providers.Good understanding of safety standards and regulations.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Good command of English.
