The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and customer service of a 70-unit commercial building in Missouri City, TX, as well as supporting various Airbnb properties in Austin, TX.
This position is 100% remote.
What You'll Do Direct and oversee daily operations of the property portfolio Provide excellent customer service to all tenants, guests, and prospects Prepare and send communication notices to tenants Draft lease agreements and manage property documentation Enter accounts receivable and accounts payable into QuickBooks Perform monthly bank reconciliations Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports Schedule team meetings, coordinate via Zoom, and delegate tasks to team members Manage Airbnb listings and guest communications for Austin properties)

What We're Looking For 2+ years of property management experience Experience supporting US-based properties preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks Expert-level use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio a plus)
Comfortable with Asana, Slack, and Zoom for daily communication Strong written and spoken English Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree preferred Must be available during US Central Time business hours Humble, coachable, and eager to learn US property management regulations (Section 8, rent control, tenant/landlord laws
