Associate Maintenance Manager

Coordinate with all staff to identify and issue appropriate job assignments, ensuring high GMP standards are maintained and ensuring production readiness on all assets at all times.

Provide feedback and support to department staff, including weekly meetings focused on safety and performance.Ensure that all maintenance programs are appropriate and adhered to.Regularly review and revise plans for PM activity, department scheduling, and training.

Ensure Technicians adhere to all SOPs and Company Policies.

Provide emergency response to maintenance items as required.

Develop strong working relationships with all staff and with all departments within the facility.Expertly provide training to Maintenance Team and all Operations Team Members to achieve their goals.

Provide technical training evaluations and execution.Set a good example with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Diagnose and repair faults, independently overhauls & maintains machines.

Involved in maintaining spare inventory.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum 7 - 9 years of Manufacturing environment, FMCG industry.

Experience in planning maintenance operations.Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.Ability to keep track of and report on activity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.Fluent in both written and spoken English language.
