- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems, PLCs, drives and sensors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in automated equipment.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new automation equipment and software upgrades.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and support operators and technicians in automation system use and basic troubleshooting.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in maintenance of automation systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge ofPLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or similar), SCADA/HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience withsensors, actuators, VFDs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
