Automotive Service Engineer

Servo is a premium mobile automotive service company providing on-demand maintenance, diagnostics, battery services, emergency support, and mechanical repairs across Cairo.We are looking for a skilled and professional Field Service Engineer – Automotive to join our growing mobile operations team.The engineer will be responsible for:Diagnosing and repairing vehicles on-sitePerforming battery replacement and electrical diagnosticsConducting periodic maintenance and mechanical inspections Handling emergency roadside assistance requestsUsing diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issuesCommunicating professionally with customersEnsuring high service quality and fast response timesSupporting operations and maintaining equipment inside the service vehicleThe role involves working directly with customers at homes, workplaces, and roadside locations.Experience with German vehicles such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz is a strong advantage

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fieldPrevious experience in automotive maintenance or field service Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and mechanical systems Experience using automotive diagnostic tools (OBD scanners and related systems)

Good understanding of electrical systems and batteries Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Professional customer handling skills Valid driver’s license is preferred Experience with German cars is preferred Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations Strong teamwork and communication skillsAdd this too if you want stronger applicants: Experience in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen maintenance is highly preferred
