Backend Developer

Linket is an early-stage IoT startup developing smart connected solutions for the electric mobility market.

Our goal is to help mobility companies integrate IoT, telemetry, device communication, and cloud-based services into their systems without needing to build everything from scratch.We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Flutter / Backend Developer to support the development of our software tools, dashboards, APIs, and IoT-related applications.Role DescriptionThe developer will work on software tasks related to Flutter applications, backend APIs, data structures, and integration with IoT devices.

The work will be remote and task-based, with clear weekly objectives and regular communication.This role is suitable for a junior developer, student, or early-career engineer who wants to gain experience in a real IoT startup environment.

Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve Flutter mobile applicationsBuild and maintain backend APIsWork with JSON data structures and configuration filesSupport integration between software, cloud services, and IoT devicesHelp create simple dashboards and tools for device managementDebug software issues and report progress clearlyWork with weekly tasks, deadlines, and structured feedback

Basic to good knowledge of Flutter and DartBasic knowledge of backend developmentUnderstanding of REST APIsFamiliarity with JSONBasic knowledge of databasesAbility to read technical requirements and convert them into working softwareGood communication and reliabilityAbility to work remotely and independentlyExperience with IoT projectsKnowledge of MQTT, or WebSocketExperience with Node.js, Python, Firebase, Supabase, or similar backend toolsGit/GitHub experience
