Backend DevelopmentDevelop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.Implement business logic, integrations, and optimize system performance.Troubleshoot technical and production issues.OCS & System IntegrationBuild and maintain integrations with OCS, internal platforms, and third-party systems.Develop APIs, adapter services, and data transformation solutions.Reliability & ResilienceImplement fault-tolerant mechanisms and centralized error handling.Ensure reliable processing of critical business transactions.Quality & Engineering ExcellenceFollow coding standards and best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, technical discussions, and documentation.Monitoring & SupportImplement monitoring and logging solutions.Support deployments, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.4+ years of experience in Node.js backend development.Strong experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven architectures.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English is a must
