BIM Architectural Manager

Lead development and delivery of architectural BIM models.Implement and enforce architectural BIM standards and workflows.Coordinate architectural scope with BIM Coordination and other discipline BIM managers.Review models, resolve architectural clashes, and support constructability solutions.Manage, mentor, and supervise the architectural BIM team.Ensure compliance with BEP, EIR, and internal BIM standards.Oversee architectural BIM deliverables including models, drawings, and schedules.Manage and lead all architectural BIM activities across projects, ensuring architectural models, data, and deliverables are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project BIM requirements and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural BIM management.Proven experience in architectural BIM management.Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Willingness to work in an onsite (office-based) environment.
