BIM Coordinator

Stradigi Management Consultancies is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of digital construction projects by coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and facilitating collaboration across design and engineering teams.The successful candidate will play a key role in model coordination, clash detection, quality assurance, and digital project delivery while working closely with BIM Managers, engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.

This role is derived from the BIM Manager function but focuses on coordination and project execution rather than departmental leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across project teams.Perform clash detection using Navisworks.Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation.Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards.Maintain BIM model quality and consistency.Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams.Manage model uploads within Common Data Environments (ACC/BIM 360).Monitor BIM deliverables and project milestones.Support model reviews and design coordination meetings.Maintain project documentation and BIM records.Assist with BIM automation and workflow improvements.Provide technical support to project teams.

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.2–5 years of BIM coordination experience.Strong experience using Autodesk Revit.Experience using Navisworks.Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Good understanding of BIM Level 2 workflows.Knowledge of ISO 19650.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models.Knowledge of clash detection processes.Strong communication and coordination skills.Preferred BackgroundEngineering ConsultanciesArchitecture ConsultanciesConstruction ConsultanciesDigital Construction companiesBIM ConsultanciesContractorsPMC companiesEPC companies
