BIM Electrical Manager

Lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR) for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project BIM standards.Oversee and conduct comprehensive reviews of Revit MEP models, focusing on electrical designs, clash detection, and data integrity.Serve as the primary point of contact for client and consultant communication regarding BIM electrical deliverables and coordination.Drive the adoption of best practices in BIM and Electrical Engineering across all project phases.Mentor and guide project teams on BIM workflows, electrical design standards, and technical specifications.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in all electrical BIM models and documentation.Strong understanding of Revit MEP with a strong focus on review and quality control.

Expertise in BEP/EIR & project BIM standards is crucial, alongside exceptional client/consultant-facing communication. A solid foundation in BIM, Electrical Engineering, and general Engineering principles is non-negotiable.
