Branch Accountant

Position OverviewThe Branch Accountant will be responsible for managing and controlling all accounting activities at the branch level for the Heavy Truck Spare Parts sector, ensuring accurate records, proper cash handling, and timely financial reporting in line with company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecord sales and purchase invoices.Manage branch cash and daily financial transactions.Follow up customer collections.Match inventory records with warehouse balances.Prepare daily and monthly sales and financial reports.Work on ERP system and ensure data accuracy.Coordinate closely with the Branch Manager and Head Office finance team when required.

Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting.From 2 to 5 years of experience.Previous experience in trading / spare parts sector is preferred.Good knowledge of accounting procedures and reporting.Good computer skills and ERP system experience.

Working HoursFrom 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMWeekly off: Sunday
