Job PurposeThe Brand Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and build brand equity.

This role is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives.

The Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand's vision and positioning are consistently reflected across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities1)

Strategic Brand Managementa)

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with corporate goals.b)

Define and articulate brand positioning and value proposition.c)

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and challenges.d)

Update the pricing of SKUs to align with the brand's objectivese)

Digitalize all brochures/Product Guide2)

Marketing Campaigns and Initiativesa)

Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.b)

Develop effective offline/online campaigns and choose appropriate distribution channelsc)

Work with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials and communications.d)

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.3)

Brand Identity and Consistencya)

Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications and platforms.b)

Monitor Brand Presence on Anasia shop and Various E-Commerce Platformsc)

Manage the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and assets.d)

Oversee the execution of brand initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand image.4)

Market Research and Consumer Insightsa)

Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.b)

Utilize consumer insights to inform brand strategy and product development.c)

Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.d)

Work on our SEO in E-Commercee)

Work on the consumer insights and database for the Appliances/ES Customers5)

Product and Partnership Managementa)

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and market needs.b)

Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.c)

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.d)

Work on the Promoters App.6)

Financial Management and Reportinga)

Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.b)

Track and report on brand performance metrics and KPIs.c)

Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.d)

Provide Reports and a breakdown of the marketing plan every quarter.

Job Specifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.· A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role.· Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).· Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.· Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
