Responsible for setting a business plan to achieve the sales target and marketing goalsConduct brand and product training sessions for the sales and telesales teams to ensure consistent messaging at the point of sale.Ensures constant product visibility and availability in major outlets Manages relationships with distribution companies and assesses their performance and needs monthly Responsible for conducting regular sales analysis, market analysis, and research, as well as keeping up with current market trends Presents regular reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) regarding sales & marketing activities, and expectations Manage relationship with social media agency to ensure implementation of brand strategy Responsible for managing the advertising and promotions budget, optimizing spend while achieving key KPIs Lead go-to-market planning for product launches in coordination with stakeholders and external agencies Manage key accounts relationships with a focus on marketing and sales activities Manages the brands' presence and performance on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon
Degree in Pharmacy or Marketing1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG companiesProficient in English and ArabicExcellent presentation skillsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Highly motivated
