Belcher's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as product manager within Cosmeceuticals CompaniesProven experience in engaging and working with dermatologists.Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management from development to launch and promotion.Good understanding of the cosmeceuticals market trends and consumer insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.Demonstrates creativity and a customer-focused mindset, along with adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
