Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cosmetics Company Manager to oversee daily operations, business development, sales growth, and brand performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, supervising inventory and production, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the company achieves its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Manage daily company operations and workflowOversee sales, marketing, and brand development strategiesMonitor inventory, suppliers, and product availabilityAnalyze market trends and competitor performanceLead and manage teams to achieve company goalsDevelop business growth plans and increase profitabilityEnsure high standards of customer satisfactionCoordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributorsPrepare reports and monitor financial performance

Qualifications:Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of sales, branding, and marketing strategiesProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

3–5 years of experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or business management industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in sales, marketing, and brand managementAbility to manage daily operations, inventory, and supplier relationshipsStrong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze market trends, competitors, and product performanceExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and partnersProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic business management toolsAbility to work under pressure and achieve sales and business growth targetsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Good command of English (preferred)
